Donna began in the industry in 1985 and went on to manage a store for a large jewelry retailer. Her credentials include certification as a diamontologist and gemologist through the Diamond Council of America. She is active with the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and serves as Chairperson for Southern Delaware Tourism.

Charlie managed for a large jewelry retailer in 1991 and is a certified diamontologist. He also serves as the President of the Georgetown-Millsboro Rotary Club.

Both Charlie and Donna are members of the Jewelers Vigilance Committee, Jewelers of America and the Tri-State Jewelers Association. Both are certified jewelry store managers.
