About Us

Nestled on The Circle in Historic Georgetown, Delaware, Chardon Ltd.

Donna began in the industry in 1985 and went on to manage a store for a large jewelry retailer. Her credentials include certification as a diamontologist and gemologist through the Diamond Council of America. She is active with the Georgetown Chamber of Commercejha

Charlie managed for a large jewelry retailer in the 1990's and is a certified diamontologist. He has served as the President of the Georgetown-Millsboro Rotary Club, and Councilman for The Georgetown Town Council.

Both Charlie and Donna are members of the Jewelers Vigilance Committee, Jewelers of America and the Tri-State Jewelers Association. Both are certified jewelry store managers.
